We’re looking for a curious Embedded Engineer
At Televic Healthcare we are dedicated to providing innovative and reliable care communication systems for the rapidly expanding healthcare market. In close cooperation with our customers, we design, produce, and maintain all our products and solutions. We are considered the number 1 reference and keep focusing on technological innovation.
But for our technology to enable our customers to excel, we need a curious Embedded Engineer. You will be part of our international healthcare team, developing our next generation nurse call system for hospitals and nursing homes.

Working as an Embedded Engineer
- You’ll independently write software (C++) for our wired and wireless devices (AQURA) by combining the latest and different technologies.
- You’ll develop for both embedded Linux and bare metal devices.
- You’ll document the developed software (detailed design, test plan, common code documentation and implementation description).
- You’ll actively challenge the status quo, propose and pursue ideas for improvement.
- You’ll make software design proposals and review design choices proposed by peers.
- You’ll deliver software according to the quality standard defined by the team.
- You actively take part in all SCRUM related meetings, sharing your own thoughts and insights.
- You provide input and support towards the quality assurance testing.
Professional skills we’re looking for:
- You have a Master Degree in the field of engineering and 5+ years of experience as embedded C++ software engineer (C++ 14 minimum)
- You have experience working with embedded Linux
- You have experience in Unit testing
- You have experience with developing for microcontrollers with limited resources
But our ideal colleague…
- Has experience with CAN
- Has experience with and interest in Yocto
- Has experience with wireless technologies

If successful in the first interview, you will be invited for customized testing that allows us to understand where your strengths and growth areas are.
Following your test results, you can expect at least one additional face-to-face conversation in which we discuss your possibilities and interests.
After positive feedback, we’ll send you a proposal and follow up on any questions you may have. Before you start, we’ll welcome you to our office to sign your contract.
